Wasteland custom: Gabriel macker

Gabriel was one of the more unfortunate victims of the bombings. When the bombs struck, he was driving down a road with his best friend. His best friend, who was driving, was caught in the initial wave, and he ended up crashing the car, dying in the crash. Gabriel, however, survived, suffering from, major burns on his right side, as well as growing another arm, and a mangled right hand. Neither of his eyes survived the crash, thus his robotic one.
