The 2nd gen wired horrors can travel between dimensions and worlds to find and kill targets that have angered them or the god they believe in through ancient tablets some survivors have found have depicted of a huge war that has created the wired horrors coming to these soldiers through an unknown portal and leaving them to die in a wired mess. It is decided that wired horrors were the reason the new world has come to be. It was also seen in a tablet that a wired horror can survive multiple nukes.
