Phantom Cockpit Mod

I made the phantom's cockpit accessible from the troop bay by removing and rearranging parts, replacing the long 2X16 bricks with shorter 2X8s, and a couple extra parts to make a ramp. Unfortunately the phantom is kind of small and this doesn't work very well with newer figures so I might revert to the original build.
