what you will need is a hand drill tool with a drill bit the same width of the magnets you might use, here I'm using 2mmx1mm magnets. a pack of 300 magnets lasts a long time. you might want to get a larger magnet to hold smaller ones while working. and also get a storage container to hold them all. the best wat to do a drilling is to do the weapon first and then choose the orientation of the magnet. if you don't create a system of which magnet goes in and what side first you may accidentally make weapons that only work with some figures. you don't want that cause it limits what gear you can use with figures. so I do the weapon first, and put the magnet in and secure with a drop of super glue, then drill out the spot on the armor or back pack, put a drop of glue in the hole, and then put a magnet on the guns magnet and slide the magnet into the armor and then the weapon slide away and up so to leave the other magnet in the armor. let dry and then do some tests to make sure the magnets hold or not, cause if you don't drill a hole deep enough the magnet might pop out. the rinse and repeat with other figs. and use the first weapon as a guide for placing magnets in other figures so that way all magnets used are properly placed so all weapons work with any fig.
