"Shortly after Jul M'dama fell, a new sanghelli leader rose from the ashes of the once proud Covenant. Xuvo Rogam, a well known and feared ship master took it upon himself to avenge his fallen sanghelli from human hands. Long before the Covenant fell, Rogam and his fleet were tasked with exploring the far reaches of Covenant controlled space in search of new worlds and species to implement into the Covenant. Now he has returned from his long journey throughout the stars only to find the Covenant in ruins, Humanity still thriving, and his species in a state of civil war. Upon this revelation the proud Sanghelli warrior vowed to uphold the will of the Covenant and will not stop until every infidel human has been extinguished from the universe." This is a character I developed to fill the gap of Jul M'dama. A strong and fearless Sanghelli to give the UNSC a new villain to face.
