The Mega team was hoping that the Recon Getaway (Mongoose) would be popular with fans. It turns out that it was a smash hit. To follow it up, the team wanted to release a Banished counterpart to the Mongoose. The Hijacked Ghost offers up the same value – a small vehicle with 4 figures. It flips the set on its head a bit since the Spartan is the one using the Banished vehicle.
The Ghost itself includes new parts to replicate its in-game silhouette. It also includes a neat feature - when you press down on the Ghost, the front projectiles fire.
The set follows the trend established with previous Halo Infinite sets by including a 2in1 rebuild. This time, the Ghost can be disassembled and rebuilt into a Banished defense turret and barricade using building instructions on the Mega website.
The Halo Hijacked Ghost will available in early 2021 and will retail for approximately 14.99$.
