I'm gonna sound super dumb, but what exactly is Destiny?? All I know is that the characters look amazing.

I've never played the game but I do like the figures and sets that MC puts out. They go well as high tech mercs in my Zombie world with the Call of Duty figures and I use some of the parts for Microspace characters.

Oh and @nigelninja11 Halo 5 REQ s are purely cosmetic, except in Warzone, where it is technically pay 2 win. And lemme guess, the engrams which are bought with Silver tend to have the better loot, right? And Halo 4 and 5 aren't exactly the best examples of Halo games, there are 9 other games to chose from,whereas the only Destiny games that have come out are those, you could argue that Destiny 1 (quite a few years old now) is now playable, but it took a while, Halo 5, same thing, but Destiny's campaign is virtually non-existent. Nearly forgot: @Boo101 the Destiny 2 enemies in the expansions are marketed as "new" they're literally just renamed.

@Survivor11 I like the game, and only the Eververse ones are paid with cash, such awards you with wait? Skins for weapons, Ghosts shells which gives the same benefits like others that you don't pay, Sparrows that give you the same speed, the ships are just ships, they all have the same speed, just different looks, and you want to hear a cash grab, look up WoW, they have an expansion at 59.99 not including sales tax every single year with nothing new 99% of the time, now that's a cash grab, plus you have to spend about a nice month to 5 months just to get good gear in WoW, in Destiny you can get it in a week.

Also in Halo 5 like the only req packs you buy with in game currency are bronze, silver, and standard gold. Otherwise you earn them our purchase them with real money unlike D2.

@Survivor11 1. Forsaken and the bug fix/new game mode/new items are released on the same day, only the new campaign is paid for. 2. Eververse engrams are the only engrams bought with silver. 3. 343 didn't deliver what's promised with Halo 5 either. 4. How in the world is engrams like gambling, and if it is, go ahead and bash the req system too. (I know I have a few choice words about the req system) 5. I've noticed most people say destiny 2 is a great game, even though you don't think so. However you like SWB2 (as do I) but the majority of people hate it. You are entitled to an opinion, but maybe not voicing it on almost every destiny post would be a good thing. Otherwise I would go trash talk CoD on almost every CoD post.

Put simply, it's a cash grab, where you don't deliver what you promised *Destiny 2 anyone?*. It's illegal, and that makes the game illegal, not only that, but most of the engrams system is based on gambling, also illegal for under 18s, you see where I'm going with this one? Not only am I part of the larger public opinion on the game, I also have the law on my side. It made EA change, when that kind of gambling in video games was outlawed, now Star wars Battlefront 2 is a decent game. But they need the money to make the next game I hear you ask. WRONG, the sales on Day 1 covered that. The lootboxes/engrams = greed. That's it. They don't need the money, they still want it. Activision's state of mind (and therefore Bungie's) is that if a game sells, then you've got to milk it dry, but you can't milk it if it goes dry can you? 80% of the population on day one left, and it's been steadily going down hill. They've milked the game and the players dry.

@nigelninja11 SW BF 2 is better than Destiny that's for sure... But Last I heard, in Destiny the major bug fixes were in the DLC only. And guess what: How do you get the items you paid for in the DLC? You open engrams, and how do you get engrams? You buy 'em with Silver, and how do you get silver? YOU BUY IT WITH REAL CASH. You said it yourself. Maybe, just maybe Activision should take a page out of every other triple A company and make DLC free, but how do you get MORE cash then, huh? Well you don't,and you don't need it. Loot boxes were the product of greed. Destiny sold enough on it's first day to make a 3rd game, and pay all the people making the game for the next few years, it doesn't need to make more cash. Star wars Battlefront 2 is doing it right now, and it's finally a decent game, but it took way too long. Not to mention, Destiny 2's first DLC season (year 1) didn't even last a full year, and technically that makes it a fraud, and what is a fraud?

the universe is neat , the games however are not that hot not because of sucky gameplay far from it its a solid sci fi shooter but because of being mishandled in development twice , story/lore not so hot coz its non existent , but I do love the toys and mega stuff that has come from it so it has a place I just hope bungie gets there S*&% together and stop BSing everyone coz destiny has the potential to kick ass but so far its flawed implementation has hurt its chances

@Survivor11 the only thing you have to pay for in real cash is silver, and dlc. Most games have you pay for Dlc. They bug fix for free and update for free. It's not a cash grab, and please let's try not to argue about my next comment but... I actually like Star Wars Battlefront 2 and think it's a good game.

Well Diesel, I've said it before, the ten active members on this gallery are the only people I've ever heard who say, "Destiny isn't a bad game!" give me a genuine reason that counters all the arguments I've made to prove my point: You have to pay with real cash for most of the stuff in that game, you've got to pay for the DLC and you can only get bug fixes in said DLC. It's the cash grab of the century, and it's even worse than Star wars Battlefront 2.
