It’s February 2084, and the biggest chapter of the Wasteland saga to date is officially underway. Welcome, one and all, to the beginning of Wasteland: Election Year.
Texas has broken off from the rest of the United States and announced its intention to establish itself as an independent republic, under the rule of a new President.
Until the end of May, any individual or faction in the Wasteland can nominate themselves as a candidate in the election campaign. While I’ll be covering most of the major existing groups, anyone on the gallery can throw their hat into the ring with their own characters or groups.
This will be a fully interactive story event, with anyone on the gallery being able to run their own characters as candidates, submit questions for the coming debates, and most importantly, vote in the election itself later this year.
Stay tuned over the next few weeks for candidate announcements from some of the major factions. I look forward to seeing what exciting twists and turns this tale will take over the coming months.
