The Counter Contaminant Coalition is a Wasteland faction that has stayed unnoticed since the bombs dropped. They are know as the CCC, or occasionally the 3C. The CCC's end goal is to rid North America, mostly the United States, of all mutated humans and restore it to its former glory and power. Mutants are seen as wastes of humans and disgusting representations of what humans could be. Their main specializations are extremely illegal black market deals to those seeking to harm mutants and anti-mutant operations. They are spread across the entirety of North America, with representatives in all major cities. The CCC headquarters is based in San Francisco, where the original coalition was formed. San Francisco is filled with crime and brutality as CCC insurgents hunt mutants down. Any and all suspected members should be reported to the local authority for trial.
BLACK MARKET: the CCC gains most of its monetary funds from it's illegal black market deals. It is imperative that no mutants are in North America, and the CCC can't do it alone. They regularly transfer weapons, explosives, and chemical agents to those seeking to destroy mutants. Arrangements for trades can be established with your nearest CCC affiliate.
MUTANT ELIMINATION: aside from regularly hiring bounty hunters to eliminate large numbers of mutants, the CCC often hunts mutant colonies themselves. Weapons used are primarily assault rifles, sub machine guns, and chemical bombs.
LEADERS: the CCC is commanded by a single human. Currently only known as "Diamond Fire," she has no known location. She is always accompanied by a mysterious Combat Robotics Test, known as "04." Diamond Fire assumed command of the organization after her father was killed in combat. Diamond Fire still seeks those who attacked her father.
Texas: there has been an increasingly large amount of CCC forces in Texas lately. Captured CCC units report seeking a "large, rare, and deadly mutant. Not your regular mutant. This thing's a monster." The mutant is currently only known to have been a lizard before the Mutagen Crisis, and grew to a substantial size. All citizens are warned to avoid CCC soldiers or the beast they hunt.
Extra: the CCC's color scheme is red on black. They have a small supply of power suits, regularly used in mutant colony raids. There is a large CCC hideout 20 miles northwest of New Paso. Diamond Fire and 04 are assumed to be with the CCC units hunting the beast. ALL MUTANTS BEWARE!
(Yes, I did custom mold Diamond Fire's hair! I know it's not the best, but I've never really tried before. And yes, 04's cape is custom made and painted!)
