Super stoked to finally share this. When Rubicon Protocol was first announced some time ago, I asked myself - What would a UNSC fight-back on the ring look like?
The answer is this MOC. Hidden deep in one of Zeta Halo's Valleys, the UNSC manage to establish an operational command compound. Using this compound, they can finally begin to take the fight back to The Banished.
