The Hannibal Cyclops is a prototype to try and upgrade the existing cyclops. With a heavy railgun and advanced targeting, it was a formidable foe. The problem is that it was expensive to make, and it could only shoot 3 shots before manual reload. They tried to fix the problem with smaller, less volatile projectiles, (see picture 2) but they decided to divert funding from this project to do the Hannibal Mantis. Only one exists but it is in a warehouse somewhere that is secret to everybody except the highest officials.
