The D of D Universe explained: Homo Sapiens in Space

The original Homo Sapien Species, or Humans, as they are more commonly known, originate from Dror IV in the Nargo galaxy. Their military might is summed up into four words: United Nargo Space Corps, or UNSC. When they first left their home galaxy with the faster-than-light travel PEA, they encountered the Banished or Jiral Hanae as they call themselves (this isn't Halo, I know the Jiral Hanae are called brutes). And proceeded to have a 7 000 year territorial skirmish. It ended 299 000 years ago with a Human victory, and they continued to explore, until they met the alliance known as the Covenant 9 000, who they proceeded to have a war with them, that is currently on going (what can I say? Universe-spanning wars tend to last a while). The Humans from Dror IV ressemble Ancient Humanity in terms of space ships, and are vastly superior to the Banished and the Covenant, because in my Universe, they have been around for much longer. This means that Humans are on par with the Covenant, because they both have the manpower and advanced technology, although their technologies do not ressemble each other l, they are roughly equivalent. Unless you're the descendants of Crash Survivors on Sol III.
The spartans in my Universe, are a bit like the pilots from Titanfall, they are regular Humans, but are elite soldiers, and are therefore equipped with special technology, letting Marines take the role of cannon fodder, although in my Universe, Marines are vastly better soldiers than in Halo, being roughly on par with the average elite, as they even have energy sheilds, although they are weaker than a Spartan's. Marine special forces, are notorious for having a light grey uniform with dark grey armour, and black trousers. Marine Special Forces Hellbringers are equipped with full body armour, and are often deployed in a support capacity, carrying extra ammunition for other Marines as well as their flame thrower.
