S.C.P. the Super Cop Project

Cool film idea, a action packed comedy with the classic buddie Cop formula. The story a city in the future scape of USA is set on fire with a bad crime problem, super soliders are used in the military, now the city's of America from East to West look forward to New York for it's first deployment of a super cop, like all good story's the veteran cop who is tasked with being the new super cop's partner is resistant towards his new partner but by the end of the film they become trusting friends which was forged through the fires of crime in the City that Never sleeps.
