Counter Underwater Threat Unit Aka CUT U is a submarine designed for Oceanic Spartans. It is compact as it’s occupant doesn’t need to worry about pressure. It is pressure proof in all of Earths oceans, even to the deepest crevice. It is top secret and uses the latest stealth technology. It also has a small storable submersible which fits in its side. The CUTU has limited flight ability however it can be dropped into water from 10000+ feet, making it hard to detect. It is mainly used in securing underwater Forerunner structures that have flooded since they were build. It played a pivotal role in the battle of Atlantis, 2553.

I mainly based it off of the wasp, changing the wings alone. This submarine has diffused countless Forerunner threats and never gets credit. It is constantly outfitted with the latest tech. A deadly weapon.
