ONI officer #1- Sir, you said you wanted to speak with me?
ONI officer #2- Correct, I have information on a new target that you should look into, I'll send you the pictures we managed to get with a drone one of the 434 members made.
ONI officer #1- A new target? Sir, with all due respect, we're still at war with the Banished.
ONI officer #2- I know but from the information the UNSC have on this guy, there's barley anything.
ONI officer #1- If there's barley any information on the target then why are you assigning this to me?
ONI officer #2- I can't give this to anyone else since all the others are busy trying to figure out what to do about our current situation and from what I heard, you've proven yourself capable of taking this type of assignment.
ONI officer #1- Thank you sir, but this target, there's really nothing else on him? He does seem well armed and well equipped.
ONI officer #2- From what we could find he's a mercenary that has expert military training, he's been seen with a few rebel soldiers but their gear looked a bit strange, some looks a bit out dated, others look more advance. The rebels that are in the picture are the ones I'm referring to. Whatever this man is up to, it's probably something we would want to look into, but with our current war against the Banished we don't have anyone that can hunt him down.
ONI officer #1- Sounds like the target might actually plan on making an army, but for what purpose? You don't think he might try and fight against the Banished do you?
ONI officer #2- Highly unlikely, we do have a bit more information on the rebels he's recruiting, they used to attack UNSC outposts, any other information is just on tracking them but after a while they just vanished.
ONI officer #1- So he's getting them off the grid so that he come after us?
ONI officer #2- Probably, but from the little information we got, we managed to get something the rebels seem to agree on, his name, they call him Pariah.
ONI officer #1- Well I'll see what else I can find on him and this militia he's forming.
