Completed and posted publicly Nov 2015. So I was preparing to take a group photo of all the Halo themed UNSC transport and logistics vehicles in our collection last night. As I was arranging them all for the picture, I realized just how out of place the stock Floodgate cart now looked in comparison to all my custom built logistics vehicles... Which motivated this effort.
