My only question is what's he gonna look like: will he just be in default or will it use existing data to have him in different armour set-ups.

In the cutscene noble sixes helmet was intact meaning the area he was In was not glassed so he could have stayed where he was because that area was not glassed or the helmet would have been destroyed

I dunno. The Easter egg that Bungie put in there shows Noble six alive in a cave. And with his knowledge of survival I think he might be able to make it back to ONI Castle Base and hopefully get in a cryo pod, (I really hope he's alive!) Anyway, Welcome to the gallery!
