Last 24 hours (part 1)

A shadow fell across the city of Harvest like an ominous cloud ready to shower the land in despair. It had only been days since Harvest had lost communication with the other colonies, and the city was afraid, the fact that a giant alien spaceship descending upon them definitely didn't help.
They formed a landing party which consisted of some tiny looking creatures, huge bulky masses of pure muscle that where also very hairy and some very creepy tall almost reptilian like creatures. They were all clad in armor and called themself the Covenant. They crushed the city and slaughtered its inhabitants. They moved to the next colony, then the next, until all that remained was earth, completely unaware. Earth put up a fight but was weakening...
Butch, Carter,and Andrew where born into the conflict and knew nothing but war and loss. They joined the Spartan program and became the best recruits in the program. Butch excelled in strength, Carter in skill, and Andrew in military tactics and leadership. They were now the last humans on Earth.
And in 24 hours the Covenant were about to test there newest weapon, THE BIO BOMB using the same tecchnology from halo it is capable of destroying all life forms on the planet...
