Tips for staff picks: Be creative and/or original, take nice clear pictures, build something custom. Builds don't have to be big. There are many micro builds that have staff picks.

If a staff member likes your post then you get a staff pick It's not random but it may seem like it just look at other posts with them for inspiration if you want one.
