Hey guys! This Monday I’m bringing you my most exciting custom so far this year, the most requested by you all than any other - The Halo: Reach Elite Ultra! This is a project spanning over a year and a half of on and off work, with LOTS of trial and lots of errors. However, as you can now see, I’ve finally managed to make something I’m happy with! The elite figure features a fully custom helmet, chest, shoulders, thighs and wrists as well as a fresh coat of paint! After the sculpting was completed, I repainted the entirety of the armor in Corax white, then applying Dryad Bark brown with hints of Dawn stone grey. Afterward, I hand painted each red covenant symbol on the chest, shoulders and helmet, while also applying light blue for the eyes. The undersuit portions were repainted in Corvus black, while the rest of the armor was then given a very light black wash to fill in the mold lines. As a bonus, the helmet is entirely removable! After so many tries, finally getting this figure right has made me a very happy guy, so I certainly hope that you all like him too! Enjoy!
