Halo Covenant Ghoul

Fast attack vehicle utilized by Elite Specialists and higher Covenant officials. Fills a similar role to the Revenant from Halo Reach, but only seats one and features twin plasma cannons (same as a Ghosts) along with a rear mounted plasma mortar. For balancing reasons it could have a weaker but faster rate of fire plasma mortar or could have been slower. What do you all think? Would this have made an interesting vehicle in a Halo game?
