My Target has finally got the 10th anniversary halo heroes sets and wow they are awesome! I will be posting these sets and figures one at a time in no particular order. This new Halo 2 anniversary Arbiter is by far my most favorite Arbiter out of the halo heroes series 5 Arbiter. Wow I said Arbiter 3 times in one paragraph, oh great now 4. *Yeesh
