Introducing Grono 'Yendam! If you recognize the name from my Battle of Carchar series, he is indeed that Minor! (Except this is him in 2559) In actuality, Grono wears Warrior armor, but because Mega doesn't make that I used Commander, which is the closest to it. I used parts from four different figures to make this custom, and I'm going to use him in posts from now on!
Bio: Grono was born in 2526, and as such didn't join the Covenant military until 2547. His first major conflict was the Battle of Carchar, and he went on to have many ups in his later career. When the Covenant collapsed during the Great Schism, Grono forcefully took command of the destroyer he was stationed on and became a rogue pirate captain. After several years of plundering human and Sangheili worlds alike, his ship was destroyed by a team of Spartans, and 'Yendam was taken into the Covenant Remnant under Jul 'Mdama's wing. Becoming part of the Didact's Hand's inner circle, he was promoted to Zealot and took both position of Field Master and Shipmaster simultaneously. When Jul 'Mdama died, Grono abandoned the faction, resorting to a life of crime as a top-tier mercenary.
Personality: Grono was once shy and timid in his younger years, but coasting on the rank of Ultra made him arrogant, and hot-tempered. Jul 'Mdama remedied this, turning Grono into a cruel, coldhearted, and calculating commander. These traits have carried over into his life as a mercenary.
Equipment: Grono has a variety of equipment, including a Storm Rifle, a Plasma Pistol, a Concussion Rifle, an Amraa Voto-Pattern jetpack, and finally a custom green Energy Sword named Varmint's Nail. (The sword will debut later, which is why the one in the picture is blue.)
Physical Traits: Grono is large for his species, and muscular. He wears Covenant Remnant armor, but has a full undersuit like the original Empire. His left hand is prosthetic, as he lost it in a duel with Field Master Zholos from the Battle of Carchar series.
