Step one is choosing a blade.
Step two is using nail cutters and cut the inner plastic from the blade till the blades separate but are connected by the handle.
Step three is where you cut One blade from the handle.
Step four is trimming down the cut edges from step two.
Step five is gluing the cut blade back to the handle with plastic cement or superglue if that's only available to you.
Step six is putting the blade on a flat surface to allow for adjustments so the cut blade matches up with the handle and blade.
Step seven will be painting the blade and will be covered in a following post tomorrow as painting the blade will have more steps to follow.
Hope this helps those confused by my other post.
