Enjoy this one, short but good frame rate I think, I had 4 second of 44 frames so 21 frames per second at a 10 second FPS got it pretty smooth! Enjoy!!! :)

Better, another problem is the animation itself, try to make very small movements when the animation stops and the next scene begins, ( I.e When the ODST puts his arm down, make small movements, and when his arm is about to stop moving, the final frames should be extremely tiny movements of the arm/hand).
