Field Testing Forerunner Seeker: Log 003 Passenger Augmentation and Monitor Construct.

Final report of the ships capability is the Monitor construct and Passenger Augmentation. The Monitor Construct appears to be more ancient than the previously encountered constructs. The construct informed the Chief that it predates the Forerunner timeline into the Precursor time period. There is vast knowledge to be learned from this era in days to come that may be useful in combating the guardians. This construct is off limits to contact except to those with the appropriate security clearance.
The Passenger augmentation is more simply put, a sophisticated armor upgrade. There is still more testing to be done but what we know so far it that this armor allows the wearer capabilities similar to the Didact that include telepathic and telekinetic abilities while. At this point it is difficult to get the Master Chief for field testing of this new technology due to... his current mission status, but it appears we will again be looking to the Chief for a way to save humanity from the new threat in Cortana.
