Here is my concept for a line of evergreen Halo sets. Sets that are made to be kept around for a LOOONG time and can be a great way to get new fans into the overall line all the while giving the existing fans awesome stuff they can cheaply army build all the time on top of being a decent option for lower-income families/collectors as they can get the most bang for their buck. These sets would ideally be sold on every major store online as well as whatever places that have decently sized toy sections such as Family Dollar, Dollar General, Meijer, pharmacies such as Walgreens and Rite Aid, and the smaller sets like the first 3 could maybe be sold at travel shops as well.
Here is a brief run down of everything
The Ruin Showdown takes the build fromt the 2011 ODST Ambush set but replaces removes the stickers and uses prints for the screens on the building. The minifigs are a ODST with a black Suppressed SMG and a turquoise H3 Brute with a Spiker
The Mongoose Assault is basically exactly like the one I have shown before. The Mongoose is a green version of the ones used in 2011-2012 sets while the Shade Turret uses a few specialized molds to create a detailed and fully poseable H2 Shade Turret while keeping the set within the 15 dollar price point. The minifigs are 2 H3 Marines, 1 with a black HI Assault Rifle and a Battle Rifle, a Grunt Minor with a Needler, and Jackal Minor with a Plasma Pistol and new larger shield
The Covenant Hijacked Ghost takes the newest Ghost design but does several improvements to make it the most perfect Ghost we ever got. It has a new hood piece that matches what we see in H2A and Reach, the Wings don't sit as low, and the Stand uses 2 clear pieces instead of the weird-looking electricity pieces. The minifigs are an Elite Minor with a new Plasma Rifle, a Grunt Minor and Major with Plasma Pistols, and a green Mk IV Spartan with a back Shotgun
Generator Defense is a set made to go along perfectly with the next one. The build is the UNSC generator from Firefight, some rubble and Sandbags, a green crate that contains a Sniper Rifle. The minifigs are a green female Hazop with a Operator shoulder pad, a shoulder pad with the knife on it, and a black HI Assault Rifle, a turquoise H3 Brute with a Spiker, and a Jackal Minor and Major with Plasma Pistols, and new larger shields
The Fall of Reach customizer pack is one of my most favorite set ideas. It is something I think the Spartan III customizer pack should have been. You get a green Hr Spartan with a fixed Mk V helmet, Mk V shoulder pads, and a black HI Assault Rifle, a Grunt Minor with a Plasma Pistol, an Elite Minor with a new Plasma Rifle, tons of armor to swap out with the Spartan and Covenant figures, and lastly, a small build and crate.
There would be additional sets that are variants of this one that swap out the colors of the figures and the build and are exclusives to their respective store. The only differences with the accessories is that the Walmart one has an Energy Sword instead of a Needle Rifle and the Target one replaces the Beam Rifle and Needle Rifle for a Carbine and Energy Sword
The Covenant Banshee takes the amazing Arbiter's Quest build but replaces the imo funky looking indigo for a more rich deeper purple and changes the middle part of the canopy to a wine/salmon color. The minifigs are a female H3 Marine with a black Rocket Launcher, an ODST with a black Suppressed SMG, a Grunt Heavy with a Needler, and a red Elite Officer with a new Plasma Rifle and Energy Sword
Lastly, the ever iconic Bungie era Warthog. The design is based on the 2011 Rocket Hog but with a normal Chaingun turret in the back and most likely using the new wheels since the old molds have likely been scrapped. The minifigs are blue Hunter that has all the necessary paint apps, and 2 H3 Marines with masked heads and black HI Assault Rifles.
Some other little details to note.
>Both the Hog and Mongoose are using the same green as Falcon Sweep
>The Spartans all use the green and it's either the same as the Halo Heroes 14 Chief. the green used on the Wind Raider, or whatever was the one the Air Assault from the 2012 Shade Turret used
>The Purple on the Ghost, Banshee, the Covenant weapons, and Barrier is the same and is the same green used on the Havoc staff or perhaps something brand new.
>The Shade Turret uses 3 specialized molds like the Banished Ghost did. one for the main body, base, and bottom parts of the cannons, one for the seat, the cannon piece, and handle bars, and 1 for the energy shield and piece that allows the Turret to spin freely and aim up and down. Them being gang molded allows for multiple new pieces while saving loads of money.
