Elite Flood Combat Form (Base Figure)

Okay, I know the whip is in the wrong place but these combat forms do exist, if you watched the Halo short film The Mona Lisa you'd know that. The reason the title has "Base Figure" on it is because it will be detailed on a latter occasion. If Xperia saw this he'd possibly go all fan boy over it. :)
