This is the first time I modded halo guns with paint/sharpie. Got em at michaels earlier: silver acrylic paint and water-based silver sharpie! (Couldn't find my paintbrush so I had to stick with sharpie... :/)
First pic: my painted guns lined up w/ my acrylic paint and sharpie on my desk.
Second pic: My rocket launcher. Tried to paint it in the standard Halo 4 color scheme.
Third pic: Two assault rifles, actually for comparison. On the left is an assault rifle that came out of a Mega Bloks Halo set; on the right is the one I painted. To me, it looks more accurate to Halo 4 (or Halo in general) than if I used any other color. This is my favorite one because to me it came out the best! :D
Fourth pic: my Halo 4 shotgun. I didn't have too much of a starting point except for a picture online of it in the gunmetal gray color scheme, but I made it look nicer with the silver color. Also came out nice and is my second favorite! :)
Hope you enjoy! This is my first one of these custom Halo weapons projects in the gallery, so I'll try to come out with more sometime soon. Enjoy!! :)
(PS be on the lookout for more stuff from other project series I'm planning.)
