-
Materials and Tools:
Fine Point Black Sharpie

Turquoise Matte Acrylic Paint
Mod-Podge
Fine-Tip Paintbrushes
-
Overview:
Most of the items were Halo 4 and 5 based, which some (many) regard to have terrible art styles compared to Bungie's classic version. Especially some people disregard the nonexistent groin armoring in 4 and 5, which left the groin areas unprotected. The only non-Halo 4-and-5-ish item is the groin armoring, which I took from the classic-based characters.
I used the silver sharpie and smudged it atop the armor for a shiny effect. The mod-podge is a glue layer that protected the paint. Black paint goes under the turquoise paint.
There is a number 7 on both sides of the Assault Rifle, and on the left-hand side of his chest.
