Copter Build-Off. UNSC Micro Bat

This is my long overdue entry to the copter build off. I have called it the UNSC Micro Bat and it was based off a hang glider. It is used mostly for reconnaissance missions developed to get around in almost any environment at a quicker pace than a land vehicle.
