Contest !!!!!!

This contest will have you members of the gallery make a custom Arbiter!!! (like mine) it does not have to be Thel - Vadam, It can be any arbiter. NO LORE NEEDED. It can't be the halo heroes arbiter UNLESS you paint him. The winners will be chosen on these aspects: Authenticity, and how much of it is made from scrap.
