Chopper Build Off. Steel Raptor.

I am entering this into the Chopper build off (hope I am doing it right :) This build was inspired by the cartoon Storm hawks, where the motorbikes would turn into like small planes. This one is called the Steel Raptor. (I plan on making a few of these style bikes)
