I consider this a failed attempt, and so this is only attempt 1. I as not able to add a bipod, which is needed, and so I will try again.

Any tips would be welcome.

@WhoTheCares, thanks for the tip mate! @HaloFanMan_14, thanks! @SonicBoy67, I did not try on this attempt. I will be doing so for my next one. @nuclearcube3, go ahead! I'd love to see it! I used metal clippers, super glue, and a nail file to sand it down. @Helios61, both Psychofield and WhoThCares made fantastic ones as well.

Have you tried to glue the bipod?? Or of not try to put the clay on a sniper and then leave the bipod on the sniper

Hey here's a pointer. Use the full body of the sr99 and shave of the barrel till you have a flat area to attach the rail gun barrel. Its what I did months ago and I made mine after @Psycofield . His is just Mastercraft quality.
