This reminds me of a show! It called Pacific! It when a boy joins the US Marines during ww2, he was stationed at Japanese islands, he has seen all of his friends die and he loses his humanity and goes insane. War was the only thing that kept him going, when he came back home he was confused and had night terrors of the war. It was sad and interesting of what war does to the human mind. Also is this picture based off of WW2? I am guessing that it is because of the allies uniform and the helmet. I hope this goes through moderation
