i wish 343 brought back the original elite helmet from halo 3 and the rest of the halos

it may not be as articulated as the new model of elites but the color of this figure makes out for it.. and at least you don't have to see the hole in the elite head when you take off its headdress as of the new model of elites hahhhahaaa

A pretty good figure overall. This does have the old articulation model for the Elites, so it is obviously not as good as the new Elite fig style.

Note: The version of this I'm reviewing uses the old articulation. This set includes a metallic purple drop pod (as packaging), a metallic purple storm rifle, and a metallic purple Storm Elite. The storm rifle is not painted, but regardless is a good weapon. The color of the figure is very nice and has well-apllied paint. The elite also has the beige arms and has three tampographs exlusive to the metallic Covenant drop pod figures. One on the right of the chest, and one on either shoulder. Overall, this is a good value but I feel for the extra dollar over a mystery pack, the drop pod should be better proportioned.

The drop pods are very cool and easy to open.
the figure is amazing, although some weapons wont stay on the elite's hand.
