Good point Akula, but the reason the IIIs and IVs were weaker was because they didn't have long training sessions like the IIs, plus the IVs were an volunteer group while the IIIs were orphans

Not necessarily true elite slayer, S2's yeah sure but the S3's and S4's are weaker than S2's plus that ODST has the energy sword (just saying energy sword people usually win).

I'd have to agree with Capt. Holt on the Spartan. They're super soldiers, that practically makes them stronger than regular humans
