UNSC Bearcat: Variant C and Civil Utility

These do not replace Variant B in the contest. Each of theses variants were nothing to get excited about, so I bundled them into one post.

Variant C is a scouting vehicle meant spying on communications. The utility version is meant for use in fire bases and civilian areas. I also added decals to the front and the turret. Once again, nothing exciting. Hope you like the Bearcat!
