Return of the ex (Pt 4)

What Nevada was referring to in the last post was a mission where Team Freelancer was deployed to stop a terrorist threat on the Planet Krustallos. Montana's home planet. Where, long story short, They come to find out that the terrorist leader was Montana's childhood sweetheart which made her not want to kill him. Hail and Florida had to leave the mission after Hawaii was wounded so they could take her to a hospital. Texas and Montana fought the terrorists and attempted to capture the leader who turned Montana to his side. She fought Texas keep him from killing her old boyfriend after he had knocked him out. She beat Texas bloody until he let her knock him out because he didn't want to fight his girlfriend. Once he was knocked out she realized what she had done and didn't kill him, whereupon the leader turned on her. When Texas got back up he broke up with her until she sacrificed herself to blow up the base. Texas thought she was dead as the thirty story building collapsed into the mining facility the terrorists were using as a base. Montana was in a coma for a day before she woke up. She was trapped under tons of rubble and debris and had a severely broken leg but was able to pull herself out before she slipped into another coma. A cleanup crew found her and took her to the nearest hospital where they alerted the UNSC about her and Texas came as fast as he could to be with her. Once she woke up they got back together and have stayed together ever since. Texas forgave her for everything but Montana still feels guilty from time to time.
