Who has a place in Cobalt Squad?

Okay two choices here for Cobalt Squad:

The heavy weapons dude. Brave, and a little tunnel visioned when it comes to blowing stuff up. He often says “You can’t get an accurate shot with a SAW even if you scope it. So, take two and forget to aim.”

OR

Forerunner Tech guy. Nerdy but not too afraid of a fight. Likes statistics. Has an arm made out of stuff from his garbage can, but it works. He’s an expert at shutting stuff down. Quote: Arm, Watch my back while I shut this down and save the world.
