Which should I get? (Or neither if neither I got a backup plan)

The Maverick is 19 dollars (1) and the battle for the ark is 25 (6). Btw my aim for the ark (most wanting) is: the marine, brute, blue Spartan, orange Spartan (tied), elite (already have one), the grunt, captain cutter holographic and last and is least the sprit of fire (I believe). Then the Maverick is: nmpd, elite commander, marine, *grenade grunt, odst (same and the elite already have one), dark blue Spartan, Spartan recon and last but least holographic Spartan rogue. And that is it.
