I'm really hyped to see Spartanz19's Pulse Blade pilot. In fact, I'm so hyped that I made one myself
After I got home today, I got started on something I have wanted to make for over a month now, the version of me from the Titanfall universe.
In Titanfall 2, I have gone full out on sonar abilities: I main a Pulse Blade Pilot (with R-101, Wingman, MGL) and Tone and I use the Smart Pistol boost when I'm not playing Frontier Defense (which is almost never). I use the Stone Gray camo on my Pilot, Titan, and Gear. I really like my Pilot and not a single toy company (especially Mega) has ever made a figure of him.
That, in a nutshell is the reason I am making this custom.
This figure is slightly more bulky than the final product will be because of my new prototyping method. This new method gives me more freedom than my old one, and I can freely move parts around if necessary. With the exception of the hoses on the chest, however, I doubt I'll be moving any of the parts around. This topic is also a personal time capsule so I can look at where I had each part when I reassemble this figure with glue tomorrow.
I'll be the first so say that he isn't perfectly game accurate, but that is something I will just have to deal with. I have absolutely zero skill in custom molding parts out of clay or cardstock, so I have to do everything within the constraints of gluing Mega Construx parts together. I'm happy with him, and that's all that matters to me.
