Ok thank you @charliebucket. I've been searching for a picture editor that will add weapon effects and the picture editor I have wasn't made for that kind of stuff.

@TheArbiterofblocks I use Adobe PhotoShop CC 2015.5 (latest version of Photoshop). I'm not 100% sure how much it cost but I think it was quite a bit...
