@Crisco The wheels and axels are from the SponegeBob SquarePants Monster Rally Boat set. They appear to be the same wheels as the Hot Wheels Monster truck sets, however unlike the Hot Wheels sets the axels are not molded into the body. Check out my Rock Crawler build and you'll see what I mean.
