Copy pasted from the Wasteland thread: Bombs of mutagen gas dropped on April 16th 2081. In 2081 an unknown powerful group of radicals bombed every country with a mutagen gas that began to mutate the planet. Some people mutated, some mutated, just not visibly, some didn’t mutate at all. The variety of mutations, and the reactions of others to these mutations, caused a death toll of 50 million in the first day. This, paired with the mutation and change of many ecosystems, caused many governments to collapse and chaos to ensue. This story is about the planet rebuilding.
