Leader(Supreme Prophet): (The changed one) Iiblis Apateón
Age: 43
Gender: Male
Bio: A mutant that only wishes to see the world end, he commands the entirety of the cult with total authority. His motivation to pursue global armageddon existed long before the world wide catastrophe, and such events have only fueled his drive to accomplish the cult's clandestine mission. He is an excellent tactician on and off the battlefield, but never shies away from taking the fight directly to those who stand in the way of his grand vision.
Second in command(Emissary of doom): Drake Dietrich
Age: 67
Gender: Male
Bio: One of the few humans to have suffered no mutations of any kind following the global exposure to the mutagen gas compound. He oversees the day to day operations of the cult, only yielding control to the Supreme Prophet in regards to long term goals and any decisive actions. It is believed that he may have in fact been entirely in charge at one point, but stepped down from the position to allow Iiblis to lead. In some ways his motivations are even more mysterious than his superior.
Slogan: ut producat novam hanc ex ordine summa
Their origins are shrouded in mystery, though it has been heard through rumors and tall tales that they have existed well before the catastrophes that have left the world in it's current state. From what has been pieced together from various accounts, it would seem that their mission is to bring about a total armageddon event upon all of humanity. It is unknown how they intend to do so, or if it even matters at all to these fanatics, but what is certain is that they will stop at nothing to accomplish their singular goal.
The cult has an unknown number of members spread all throughout the North American continent, but it is uncertain as to where their center of operations is located. Their members are comprised of both mutants and humans with no distinction as to whom they served before they entered into this dark fellowship of lunatics. Being made up of such varying individuals brings many skills and information of great value to the illusive cult. Recruiting wastlanders is a task left to only the most influential and cunning members, who then seek out those who might see things their way.
And so there it is, my entry into the contest, I thought this story could use an insane cult that absolutely no one could like. That said being that this is a suggested faction for a story that's not my own I've purposely left things about the cult/members ambiguous so that they could be easily molded in, but I'm getting way ahead of myself with that line of thinking. Regardless I hope that someone can get some enjoyment out of my idea.
