This was the only thing I thought about ever since I saw the Golden Arbiter in the Warthog Run set.
And before we go on, I know the lighting is terrible. We have a similar issue with Coloring Office. I did the best I could with editing the light. (PS that's all I edited I swear.)
The Custom:
It took longer to get the skin color than I thought, and still it's not perfect. None the less I like how it looks, even if it's not perfect(a customizer's catchphrase I know).
I wasn't satisfied with the armor. Fal comes from Halo Legends, the anime. So I decided to try to make him look a bit more cartoon-ish by adding the black accents.
The "lights" or "warpaint" or whatever the cyan stuff is was SUPER fun to add.
And do the eyes look terrible? Yeah, but coke eyes are fun.
